We want every Homade product to arrive just the way it left our home: with care. If something doesn't go as expected, here's how we make it right.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order, no explanation needed.
Something wrong with your order?
If your product arrives with damaged packaging, leaking, or anything that doesn't seem right, let us know within 15 days of receiving it. You choose: we'll send you a new one or refund your money.
How to request

We'll reply with instructions and a prepaid shipping code for Correios (the Brazilian Postal Service). Return shipping is on us. We just ask that you pack the product carefully, ideally in the same box it arrived in.
Refunds
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days after we receive the product, at no cost to you. For credit card purchases, the refund may appear on your next statement, depending on your card issuer.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Something wrong with your order?
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or with anything that doesn't seem right, send us photos or a video within 15 days of receiving it. No need to send it back — we'll ship you a new one or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
Customs and import fees
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
What happens to returned products
Out of respect for your health and for whoever comes after you, every returned product is discarded. It never goes back on the shelf.
